The The Plummer Industries Drive Corner is our swerve module product line designed for teams competing in FRC. Robust engineering practices make the Drive Corner one of the lightest, most compact, and most durable swerve modules available. The Drive corner is easy to maintain during competitions and allows for fast match turn-arounds. Super-efficient drivetrain creates speed and agility with a low center of gravity.

• 5/16″ 6061‑T6 main plates, 1/4″ thick frame mounting point, invertible for ease of integration

• 4140 hardened steel drive gears; belt-driven azimuth
• Total stack ~6.3″ with NEO drive motor
• Low center of gravity; 1-13⁄16″ (1.8125") frame clearance from floor;
• Stable wide stance; Center of wheel only 1.875" from edge of frame for max stability
• Made to maintain; Fast, two-screw motor replacement

1. Wheel & Hub – 2.5″ diameter with 4140 axle on high-quality bearings
2. Wheel Mount – Integrates spacers for easy assembly; transfers load via IGUS bushings
3. Azimuth Pulley – Transfers steering torque via steel pin
4. Drive Gears – Hardened 4140 Steel and enclosed in spider housing to protect and prevent grease sling-off
5. Drive Motor Mount – Mounted for easy removal/replacement
6. Steer Belt Drive – 3 mm GT belt through bottom-mounted azimuth motor; Triple reduction for 28:1 total steering ratio
7. Plates – 5/16 Thick CNC machined aluminum for maximum strength
